I am a composer, planning to record an album of my original music with SellaBand (record company).
Therefore I am issuing 5,000 so called "Parts".
Parts cost $10 (plus transaction costs) each.
Together we have to raise $50,000 to get me in the studio.
Help me to raise $50,000.
Once I have reached the Goal and have raised $50,000,
it is no longer possible to buy Parts.
Only these 5,000 Partholders will be in business with me.
Once I have raised $50,000 SellaBand will assign an experienced A&R-person to this project.
Together with a top Producer, I will record a CD in a state-of-the-art Studio.
During the process you will get an exclusive sneak preview of this exciting process.
As a "Believer" you will receive a Limited Edition of the CD at your home address.
You earn the right to sell any additional copies of the Limited Edition you own through SellaBand.
Play it loud and use it to promote me!
All advertising revenues generated via SellaBand will be shared equally
between you, SellaBand and I.
The amount of money you and I will get paid depends on the market share
I have in the total number of downloads on SellaBand.
Three of the songs on the CD will be given away as free Downloads.
The other tracks will be sold as paid Downloads for 50 cents each.
The net profit of these sales will be split evenly between you, SellaBand and I.
As a Believer in me, you have the right to open your own Shop on SellaBand
and sell the related products from me.
For every purchase that is made through your Shop you will earn a special commission.
Also, a fixed amount of $2, will be allocated to the Believers
for every copy of the Regular version of the album that is sold through me,
SellaBand or one of our partners.
You and I are now in business together.
