Ahuzat Bar

On the edge of Moshav Sha'al in the northern Golan Heights settles, like an oasis, a place of beauty called "Ahuzat Bar". In a charming garden you will find a place to eat, sleep and purchase from a variety of ornamental objects.

The Suites
Three romantic and pampering suites immersing in a charming garden, designed with furniture precisely collected from all over the world.
The suites are accessorized with a big double Jacuzzi, a 29" television set, cables, a DVD, an air conditioner for the summer and a fireplace for the winter.
The accommodation includes a rich breakfast, wine in the room, coffee and home made cakes.
Massages and facial treatments are available in the place from the best caregivers and in cheap prices. The garden.

The Gallery
Antique and rural furniture, ornamental objects, jewelry, Persian carpets, pewter instruments, pictures, lamps, maps, curtains, cushions, silk flowers, and more objects of beauty collected and purchased around the world.

The Coffee Shop
In the gallery there is a small and intimate coffee shop designed with antique furniture that observes the Golan Heights vineyards and Naftali Mountains.

My Personal Experience
Me in the entrance of the gallery. I have spent the weekend there with my girlfriend on March 20th and 21st, 2009. It was my 30th birthday. My girlfriend found about the place on the internet and kept it a secret from me until we got there.
At first I was shocked from the amount of objects set all around. The entrance took us straight into the garden, in which the plants and the artistic objects were set in density, leaving a narrow passageway to walk through.
The inside of the suite was dense too, with antique furniture, curtains, carpets flowers and paintings. It had stone walls and a wooden roof. There were two porches to the suite, facing east and west. At sunset and sunrise, beams of pleasant light come through the porch and the windows across the room. There was no dull corner in the suite.
The gallery was similar. It was all with good taste and it gave a pleasant feeling. It was the best birthday I had in many years.
