Current Events in Iran
For the past few weeks, there has been violence in Iran. People are protesting against the leaders of the country, and the police is using
violence and weapons against the people. The leaders don't even want to listen to what the people have to say. I don't need to detail about
it – I suppose you hear about it from the news as I do.
It is getting clear and known to the world that Iran is a dictatorship, and uses violence is a legitimate method. Human rights are not valued
in Iran. The elections are just a lie to make people believe Iran is a democracy. A fact that may not be known worldwide is that Iran supports
terrorist organizations like Hezbollah, Hamas and more.
There are people who say that Ahmadinjad looks nice and peaceful in his interviews. What they don't know is that he is responsible for not
only violence in his country, but also for terror attacks around the world.
There are people who say that Israel is responsible for the Palestinians' poverty and suffering. In fact it is Iran, by controlling Hamas, is
preserving the Palestinians' poverty just to make people blame Israel. The Palestinians get their electricity from Israel for free. The
Palestinian Authority gets money from Israel and the USA.
Iran is developing a nuclear weapon. As a clearly violent country, we cannot let Iran have a nuclear weapon. Do you remember how it was in the
cold war when people feared that the USA and the USSR would have a nuclear war? This fear will be realistic not less when Iran will have a
nuclear weapon.

Is this an old article? I believe the Iranian regime has been doing this for quite some time. As a matter of fact Iran is home to a handful of Assyrian Christians and they all live in fear and hiding. If the United States wanted to go after a threat in the Middle East Iran should have been it.
