Material Assets - Hand Painted Canvases
I have recently encountered the work of Nicola Thomson, an Australian visual artist. She creates wonderful hand painted canvas, oil paintings, textile based items and more. Her hand painted canvases are originals
created for each customer individually and so no two are the same, they are not printed or mass produced. It's just Nicola and the brush, paint, and a blank canvas.

Stopping by after seeing your comment on JAMs school post. I always like to visit other Coffee themed blogs! I love your iPhone Photography posts, and will be back to visit again when I have TIME. I love photography, and love iPhone photography. Just having that conversation last night. I carry three cameras with me on outings, and my iPhone has become my go to.... so many times!

Nice! I love Seven Samurai, I would love to see this hanging in a living room or somewhere. You should post a pic of it hanging on the wall. Looks like you applied a fragmenting or posterize type filter to the original picture for inspiration. I did a charcoal picture of Toshirô Mifune earlier this year, click my name to see it.
